About Film Club

We meet every fortnight on a Friday in the library. The show begins at 2.45pm and we aim to finish by 4.30pm. Refreshments are provided.


The aims of Film Club are to provide a space where students can join their friends and watch a film in its entirety on a large screen without interruption. The films chosen for screening are intended to cater for a wide range of tastes and, as well as being entertaining, are also designed to promote discussion about the nature of film and how it reflects the society we live in.
